About us

By creators, for creators.

We make countryball animations. Now we teach them.

Our mission

We want to make animation accessible to everyone. Premium courses, fraction of the cost. No art school, no expensive studio software stack, no gatekeeping. Just the skills you need to bring your ideas to life.

Why we made this

And yes, the ball in our logo is Bulgaria. Hello from the Balkans.

We're the Animate The Globe team: a small group of Bulgarian creators who got hooked on countryballs the same way you probably did. Watching. Then wondering how it's done. Then trying, and getting stuck.

The information was out there, scattered across forum threads, half-finished tutorials and videos that skip the one step you actually needed. We learned it the slow way.

So we packaged the fast way. Everything we'd want to know if we were starting today, in order, recorded click by click. From your first circle to a full battle across the map.

How we teach

Short lessons. Real projects. Zero fluff.

  • Show every step

Nothing happens off screen. If we click it, you see it.

  • Build something every chapter

Each lesson ends with a piece you can keep, reuse or show off.

  • Rigs over redraws

Bones and keyframes do the heavy lifting, so you spend time on the story, not on frame 400.

  • Countryball-first

Flags, maps, borders and battles. We teach what this genre actually needs, not generic animation theory.

  • Free tools where possible

Krita, GIMP, Inkscape and Audacity cover most of the artwork and sound. You only need to invest in the animation software.

What we stand for

  • Honest

No fake reviews, no countdown timers, no promises about views or money. Just good lessons.

  • Accessible

Fair prices, free first lesson, and a refund window if it's not for you.

  • Original

We push you to make your own characters and stories, not copies of someone else's channel.

  • Fun

It's countryballs. If you're not having a good time, we're doing it wrong.
