Eleven chapters that take you from installing the software to a full scene with flags, backgrounds, movement and a boat trip. No animation experience needed. Just curiosity and a mouse.

• Set up the software and find your way around it without panic.
• Draw clean, consistent countryballs, including tricky flags like the UK and USA.
• Rig characters with bones so one drawing can move a hundred ways.

You can already make a countryball move. Now make it fight, sign treaties and redraw the map. Guns and explosions, swords, bows, tanks, fire and smoke, vector maps and territorial changes, animated in Moho with maps prepared in Adobe Illustrator.

• Animate guns, muzzle flashes and explosive blasts, then stage full shootouts.
• Animate sword fights and bow-and-arrow shots that hit with weight.
• Draw and rig tanks with turrets, hulls and tracks, then make them drive and fire.

Seven chapters made by PolishTortoise, a countryball YouTuber. Learn Adobe Animate from the first launch: vector drawing, classic and shape tweens, frame-by-frame animation, the camera layer and animated flags, then exporting your video and growing as a content creator.

• Find your way around Adobe Animate: stage, timeline, layers and tools.
• Understand vector and bitmap images and when to use each.
• Draw clean countryballs with Animate's drawing tools.
