Refund Policy

Last updated

The short version

  • Changed your mind? Request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • Once refunded, access to that course is removed.
  • Watch the free lesson first so you know what you're buying.

This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.

1. Refund window

You can request a full refund for any course within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason.

This is in addition to, and does not reduce, any rights you have under consumer law.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us through the contact page on this website. Include the email address on your account and the course you want refunded.

3. What happens next

We process approved refunds through Stripe to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

Access to the refunded course is removed when a full refund is issued. If we refund only part of the price (for example a goodwill partial refund), you keep access.

If you dispute a payment with your bank instead, you keep access while the dispute is open; access ends if the dispute is decided in your favour, because the money is returned to you.

Your purchases and their refund status are listed on your Account page, with a link to the Stripe receipt.

4. After the refund window

After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the course was not delivered as described.

5. Abuse

We may decline refunds where there is clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or copying course content before requesting a refund.
